My easiest habit would be the one regarding teaching & mentoring others. This has always come naturally to me.....leading me to be a teacher for the last 25 years!
My most difficult habit is viewing problems as challenges. When learning technical skills, my first reaction is to quickly become frustrated and want to quit as soon as I encounter a problem. I am slowly getting control of this initial response.......
